1. Nature of our products
All products sold by WebInfinity are digital software licenses delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally final once a license key or activation code has been delivered.
2. Eligibility for refund
A refund or replacement may be offered in the following cases:
- The license key delivered is invalid or non-functional and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours
- The product delivered does not match the description on the product page
- Duplicate payment was charged for the same order
3. Non-refundable situations
- License keys that have already been activated
- Issues caused by your own hardware or software incompatibility
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect product ordered by the customer
4. How to request a refund
To initiate a refund request, email us at we.infinity.tech@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your order ID and a description of the issue. Requests made after 7 days will not be considered.
5. Processing time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
