1. Digital delivery only
WebInfinity delivers all products digitally. There is no physical shipment. License keys and activation instructions are sent to the email address provided at checkout.
2. Delivery timeframe
In most cases, delivery is instant or within a few minutes of payment confirmation. In rare cases (e.g. manual verification required), delivery may take up to 24 hours.
3. Incorrect email address
Please double-check your email address before completing your order. If you entered an incorrect email, contact us immediately at we.infinity.tech@gmail.com and we will resend the license to the correct address.
4. Delivery issues
If you have not received your license within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder first. If the issue persists, contact our support team with your order ID and we will resolve it promptly.
5. Re-delivery
We offer one free re-delivery of your license key if the original email was not received. Re-delivery requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
